Franklin A. Reece

A 1968 graduate of Harvard College, Frank has over 30 years of experience managing and leading organizations in manufacturing, sales and international marketing. An entrepreneur, Frank was a co-founder (with Clint Smith) of USTeleCenters, Inc., a telecommunications services company, where he served as its C.E.O. and Chairman from 1988-1998. He positioned the company for a reverse merger with the publicly held ViewTech Corporation in 1998 and served as President of the combined public entity. He later divested the combined company in a sale of equity for the benefit of stockholders.

Frank is a recent Senior Fellow at Tufts University College of Citizenship and Public Service and served as Executive Director of Global Habitat Project, an environmental education and science literacy non-profit he founded in 1993 which provides youth-generated curriculum support products for Boston’s public school teachers and students. Frank recently effected the merger of Global Habitat Project with the Urban Ecology Institute of Boston College, and sits on the Board of Directors of U.E.I. Frank also serves on the boards of EarthShare and The Guidance Center, Inc., of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
