Clint Smith has practiced law for over 30 years as a former senior partner at the Boston law firm of Burns & Levinson, LLP, and as a founding partner of Donovan Hatem LLP, a 60 attorney Boston law firm started in 2000.

As an entrepreneur with Frank Reece and David Millet, Clint was also a co-founder, member of the Board of Directors of, and counsel to USTeleCenters, Inc., a successful nationwide privately held telecommunications firm once headquartered in Boston that ultimately went public by means of a reverse merger. He has served on the Board of Directors of Medtrak, Inc., a high-tech start-up company that specialized in radio frequency (RF) navigation and RF computer guided microsurgery, respectively. He is also an officer of the biotech firms A/F Protein, Inc., and Aqua Bounty Farms, Inc., of Waltham, Massachusetts. A former V.I.S.T.A. Volunteer, Clint is a 1968 graduate of Harvard College and received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1974.
